ABD Engineers, LLP has successfully completed projects throughout the State of New York, including commercial and residential developments, municipal projects, school projects, new correctional facilities, property surveys and many residential subdivisions. The firm has completed numerous projects with National retail and restaurant chains and private developers. Notable projects are the development of Exit 9 Shopping Center, Hotels in the City of Saratoga Springs, Town of Clifton Park and Town of Glenville and Senior Housing projects in the Town of Colonie, Town of Glenville, Town of Rotterdam and across the state, as well as commercial and industrial parks throughout the Capital District.

Site Development Process

ABD Engineers, LLP will meet with the Client for feasibility of site development and/or develop conceptual layouts meeting all Municipal, State and Federal regulations.  Once a conceptual layout is agreed upon with the Client, ABD Engineers, LLP will prepare  a detailed site plan showing the building, parking, utilities, landscaping, lighting, stormwater management plan, erosion control methods and details and submit all necessary forms, applications, and documents for submission to the Municipalities to gain necessary approvals.  ABD Engineers, LLP will then present the project at the Municipal meetings to obtain approval and answer any Public comments.  All Municipal and Public comments will be considered and the drawings will be revised as agreed by the Client and re-submitted to the Municipality for Final approval and ultimately for building and site development permits to begin construction.
